SEPTEMBER 3RD: 

We wanted to share a quick update regarding graffiti that occurred at several locations downtown on August 31.

We are aware of the incidents, and we are very appreciative of the Greensboro Police Department for their proactive response and efforts to identify the individual responsible. Through the Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC), GPD was able to track down the individual, who was arrested this morning and is being held accountable for the incidents.

We appreciate GPD’s continued efforts to monitor and respond to issues downtown, and we’re glad to see this situation addressed so quickly.
